ITIL V3/V4 certified

Experience on ITSM (Incident and Problem Management)

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Set clear team goals

Have understanding of ITSM tool.

Have knowledge on Incident Management.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Suggest and organize team building activities

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Decision-making skills

8+ years of Industry Experience with at least 5 years of Team handling & End User Support

Good People Management & Escalation Management skill

Good in Communication (Both written & verbal)

Good Process knowledge for Call Management & ITIL

Experience in handling Ticket Management Tool

Experience in MIS Reporting

Preferred candidate profile
