Job Description

Role: In the role of an AR Manager, you will oversee the development and monitoring of all collection policies, enhance processes, and ensure the delivery of Business Services, all while fostering ongoing quality improvement. Required: 10 - 14 years of professional experience in core Provider Revenue Cycle Management, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role overseeing a Delivery Team Comprehensive practical knowledge of all workflows and best practices across various functions within Physician Revenue Cycle Management Thorough understanding of US healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding systems, including ICD-10 and CPT coding Experience with data analytics and automation tools is highly desirable Candidates with experience as a Manager in Accounts Receivable within the US Healthcare sector are invited to share their resumes to atluri.kirankumar@cognizant.com
