Full post-sales ownership understand client expectations, build operational plans, timelines & checklists.
Manage all reservations: hotels, flights, visas, transfers, activities, banquets & meeting rooms.
Coordinate with the Contracting Manager for rates, inclusions & confirmations; maintain rooming lists, manifests & ops sheets.
Lead on-ground execution: check-ins, MICE desk, room allocations, AV/session readiness, vendor coordination, activities, F&B & issue resolution.
Work closely with hotels, transporters, activity providers, guides & event vendors; ensure SLAs & accurate billing.
Maintain high service standards, proactive communication & client satisfaction; aim for strong post-event testimonials.
Build SOPs, workflows & escalation processes; hire and manage an operations team as the business scales.
