Operations Manager

We're looking for someone who can manage everything in our agency under the direct command of the founder.

Your job is to make sure every task, project, and operation runs smoothly from communication and coordination to managing clients and the team.

If you are responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn, we will teach you everything step by step how the agency works, how to manage operations, handle people, and execute projects.

You don't need to know everything on day one we'll train you fully, and as you grow, your salary will also increase every month based on performance and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Manage all agency operations under the founder's direction.

Execute given commands and ensure work is completed on time.

Communicate with clients, brands, and the internal team.

Supervise video editors, designers, and project deadlines.

Handle daily updates, reporting, and smooth workflow.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and backend systems.

Take initiative and ensure the agency runs efficiently.

Requirements:

Must be a quick learner and a problem solver.

Must have good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer and social media knowledge is preferred.

Should be loyal, disciplined, and serious about long-term growth.

Fresher or experienced both can apply (training will be provided).
