About the job: Key Responsibilities for Operations Manager: a. Operational Oversight: 1. Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks. 2. Build systems to track performance and progress across departments or functions. b. Team & Project Coordination: 1. Coordinate between cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support, etc.). 2. Assign and follow up on deliverables, ensuring accountability and timely completion. c. Process Development: 1. Create, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements. d. Reporting & Analytics: 1. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. 2. Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and operational issues. e. Stakeholder Management: 1. Act as a bridge between founders, internal teams, and external partners or vendors. 2. Manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. f. Remote Team Support: 1. Coordinate onboarding, task assignments, and check-ins for remote team members. 2. Facilitate effective internal communication and ensure that all team members are aligned. Required Skill set: 1. Process Management - Ability to design, streamline, and optimize day-to-day workflows. 2. Project Coordination: Experience managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana. 3. Data Tracking & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; ability to build and interpret operational dashboards. 4. Customer/Client Interaction: Comfortable handling communications with internal teams, customers, and external partners. 5. Documentation: Skilled in creating SOPs, process documentation, and reports for internal and client-facing purposes. Tech & Tools Proficiency: 1. Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet) or MS Office 2. Project Management tools (Notion, Trello) Commitment and Compensation: 1. Employment Type: Full Time (Independent Contract) 2. Work Mode: Remote (The candidates are expected to work in Hybrid mode once an office is set up in Noida) 3. Salary: Rs.25,000 4. Contract Duration: 6 months (7 Days Probation Period) 5.
