Operations Manager Internship

As an Intern at VoiceTree Technologies, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the procurement and coordination of telecom resources and following up with vendors. - Supporting the monitoring of data center operations and compiling performance data. - Helping maintain vendor databases, evaluation reports, and onboarding checklists. - Collaborating on daily technical troubleshooting support and documentation. - Assisting in managing internal ticketing systems and analyzing recurring issues. - Contributing to the design and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Working with senior team members to track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards. - Assisting in preparing reports and summaries for leadership decision-making.
