Operations Manager

• Team Management & Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of sales executives, graphic designers, magazine designers, content writers, social media managers, video editors, and other team members.
• Daily Operations Management: Plan, assign, coordinate, and monitor daily tasks across all departments and publications.
• Sales Team Monitoring: Track leads, follow-ups, client conversions, revenue targets, sales pipelines, and overall sales performance.
• Creative & Production Management: Ensure timely execution of magazine covers, advertisements, social media creatives, client projects, editorial content, and video deliverables.
• Project & Deadline Management: Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, establish deadlines, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Client Delivery Management: Monitor client commitments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all paid media and PR deliverables are completed as agreed.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee productivity, work quality, task completion, and departmental performance against established KPIs.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, communication, and accountability.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination between sales, editorial, creative, marketing, and management teams.
• Client Escalations: Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, client concerns, and internal coordination challenges.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering team performance, sales progress, project status, and pending deliverables.
• Resource Planning: Identify staffing requirements, workload distribution, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve productivity.
• Management Coordination: Work closely with senior leadership to implement business priorities, operational strategies, and growth plans.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
