We're seeking Operations Manager at BLT01. In this role, you will be responsible to expand and manage operations Under the Roof and Out on Road. An exciting role in which you will be managing a team consisting of Team leads, Station associates and supervisors
Title: Manager I, OperationsTypical responsibilities will include:. Understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement. Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics and identify opportunities for improving Customer Experience.. Develop efficient people management skills in leading a team of Team Leads, Station associates and Out on road associatesGood to have Skills- Proficient Data analysis skills in Excel- SQL proficiency is preferred- Should be flexible with shiftsKey job responsibilities- People management, efficiently manage a diverse team- Derive data driven actionable insights to improve delivery & customer experience
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
