Key Responsibilities: Site-Architect Coordination Act as the single point of contact between site engineers and architects for design requirements. Collect, clarify, and track architectural drawing needs from each site and ensure timely submission to the relevant architect. Task Follow-Up (From MD) Receive and document small but essential instructions or tasks communicated by MD to PMs or engineers. Ensure execution through follow-up and update MD regularly on task progress and closures. Client Communication Share basic project status updates with clients (on call or message) based on progress from site engineers and PMs. Handle minor queries and escalate significant concerns to MD or PM as required. Issue Escalation & Reporting Monitor day-to-day site-level communication and escalate operational problems to the MD with context and options. Maintain a basic operations tracker visible to the MD for quick overviews. Professional Communication & Discipline Represent SB Construction with clarity and professionalism in all communications. Ensure tasks are executed in time without duplication and assist in smoothing out daily coordination bottlenecks.
