Operations Internship in Bangalore

The candidate will support both technical and administrative functions within a defense manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have foundational technical knowledge related to defense products, strong office and documentation skills, and the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks while understanding the unique requirements and processes in a defense sector environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive technical and administrative documents, reports, and presentations.
• Manage day-to-day office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Support technical teams with basic technical tasks, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Understand and learn the defense manufacturing process and product specifications to effectively communicate and document related information.
• Coordinate with various departments, stakeholders, and suppliers, maintaining professionalism aligned with defense industry standards.
• Assist in preparing compliance and certification documentation required for defense contracts and tenders.
• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulatory standards in defense manufacturing.
