Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, your responsibilities will include handling shipping related calls, maintaining reports, assisting the team with shipping related emails, monitoring NDR/RTO, and finding solutions to reduce monthly NDR & RTO percentages. Additionally, you may be assigned any other tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of Excel, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply and will be considered for this role.
