Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational activities.
• Support various departments with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Track and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy retrieval.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and operational dashboards.
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Educational Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
