The candidate will be responsible for providing support to clients and logging cases via the ticketing system involving issues related to desktop, laptop, printers, or server services. You will provide updates to the client whenever required or escalate on behalf of the customer to the appropriate technical leads. As the primary point of contact for cases reported from users/technicians in the US and Canada, you should be able to analyze email requests and respond in a timely manner. It will be your responsibility to classify and prioritize cases as per severity and assist teammates with identifying the impact of cases. Taking ownership of incidents that require immediate actions as per the knowledge base is crucial. Monitoring the queues/mailboxes at regular intervals and ensuring the completion of tasks will also be part of your duties. You will be responsible for keeping affected business partners informed about any changes or impact due to outages and escalating the process as necessary per established escalation policies. Basic knowledge of computers, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24*7 environment are essential. Representing CompuCom in a professional manner and communicating effectively to stakeholders is a key aspect of the role.
