The Operations Head in Healthcare Public Relations at MediaMedic Communications Pvt. Ltd. will play a critical role in leading the operations and delivery function of the healthcare-focused PR agency. As the Operations Head, you will be responsible for ensuring that client campaigns, including those for pharmaceuticals, med-tech, diagnostics, hospitals, and wellness brands, are executed with precision, compliance, and strategic alignment. Your role will involve driving team efficiency, campaign quality, regulatory adherence, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai offers some work-from-home flexibility. Reporting to the Co-Founder / Managing Director, you will manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness in project management, and supporting business development. Your responsibilities will include managing teams, strategic planning, budget oversight, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in PR/communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership or operations role, preferably in the healthcare/life sciences industry. Qualifications required for this position include experience in the Healthcare PR industry, Operations Management, Budgeting, Strong Analytical Skills, Proven Team Management and Communication skills, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
