Job Summary

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Sales Support) to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the sales process and ensuring every client interaction, document, and transaction is handled smoothly and professionally.

You’ll work closely with the sales, finance, and post-sales teams to deliver a seamless home-buying experience — from the first enquiry to the final handover. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the real estate business end-to-end, build strong customer management skills, and grow into future roles in sales, client relations, or operations.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support

  • Manage and update leads in the CRM, track customer interactions, identify opportunities, and assist with client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver accurate reports, presentations, and insights that help the sales team close deals efficiently.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers and landowners, resolving queries and keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional experience from enquiry to handover, reflecting the company’s commitment to service excellence.

Post-Sales & Documentation

  • Assist with booking forms, agreements, payment tracking, and documentation. Coordinate with sales, post-sales, and finance teams to ensure timely processing and handovers. Maintain complete and compliant operational records that support transparency and efficiency.

Financial Coordination

  • Collect and reconcile payments (cash/cheque/online), maintain transparency, and ensure compliance in all financial dealings.

Teamwork & Reporting

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and key updates to keep leadership informed and aligned.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional experience from enquiry to handover, reflecting the company’s commitment to service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers passionate about sales and operations are welcome.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Real Estate or related industries will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales tracking systems.
  • Good understanding of real estate operations & sales processes.
  • Ability to manage customers, landowners, and internal teams effectively.
  • Integrity in handling financial transactions and confidential data.
  • Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

Day Shift : Weekends Working (mid-week week off)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
