Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive – Sales Junior based in Coimbatore. The Operations Executive – Sales Junior will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. Other tasks include maintaining sales records, assisting with market research, and improving sales strategies.

• Sales Operations, Customer Interaction, and Order Processing skills
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
• Research and Market Analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the biofuel or renewable energy sector is a plus
