Job Description

We are currently in search of an operations executive to oversee logistics operations and contribute to the efficiency and success of our supply chain management. Responsibilities include coordinating supplier inventory, planning dispatches, generating reports, and optimizing operational strategies. The ideal candidate should have expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure clear understanding of ad-hoc request specifications. • Negotiate turnaround times (TAT) for ad-hoc collateral requests, aiming for cost-efficiency and timely delivery. • Proactively monitor and track ad-hoc request timelines. • Identify and address potential delays with vendors to ensure adherence to agreed-upon TATs. • Schedule pickups of completed collateral materials from vendors, ensuring timely delivery. • Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal teams regarding pickup/ delivery schedules. • Verify the accuracy of invoices received from vendors. • Ensure invoices align with agreed-upon pricing and specifications. • Facilitate timely clearance of invoices through internal approval processes. • Secure approvals from relevant stakeholders (e.g., Bizfin, marketing, sales) for ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. • Clearly communicate project timelines, costs, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders. Requirements: • Proficient in Excel, with sound knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and data management. • Holds a graduate degree with an impressive academic record, with an MBA degree being an added advantage. • 0.5 - 2 years of proven working experience (on-roll/off-roll), with a preference for a supply chain environment. • Upholds ethical principles and discretion in customer interactions with a strong sense of responsibility. • Exhibits excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and convert them into meaningful reports. • Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
