The role of Pharmacy Operations involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, which includes managing inventory and dispensing medications in a timely manner. You will be responsible for accurately reading and interpreting prescriptions to provide patients with the correct medication and suggesting alternatives when necessary. In terms of Customer Handling, you will assist customers with medication inquiries and offer professional guidance on the use of prescribed drugs. It is essential to address customer concerns effectively and maintain high service standards to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Your Technical Expertise will be key in leveraging your knowledge of pharmaceutical products to educate customers on drug interactions, side effects, and storage instructions. Staying updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry is crucial for this role. Effective Communication is vital, as you will need to engage with customers in both Hindi and English to establish trust and rapport. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges proactively is also part of the role.
