Operations Executive - Night Shift (Inbound)

You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role: - Maintain accurate data in the company's ERP and TMS systems - Identify process improvements, optimize performance, and reduce costs - Coordinate with internal teams to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements for individual trades - Communicate shipment details with local and international teams - Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies - Manage and reconcile inventory To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Experience working in an ERP/TMS system (preferred) - 4+ years of logistics or physical commodity movement experience (preferred) - Fluency in English Tricon is an industry leader in the global commodity trade and distribution market, with over 25 years of experience.
