As an Operations Executive at Nexus Spaces, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and enjoyable operation of our coworking space at Vijay Nagar Location. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to maintain the facilities and foster a positive community environment. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Your primary focus will be to oversee daily operations, manage the physical space, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and handle access and security protocols. - Member Experience: You will play a vital role in onboarding new members, providing them with support and guidance, and creating a positive and engaging community atmosphere. - Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales team to showcase the benefits of our coworking space and attract new members to join our community. - Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Manage daily operations efficiently while working closely with the sales team and other staff members to achieve common goals. - Facilities Management: Ensure the space is well-maintained, address any maintenance requests promptly, and guarantee that all equipment and services are functioning correctly. - Miscellaneous tasks as required.
