Job Description

About the Role: This role ensures that our online inventory and operations run like clockwork. You’ll work with warehouse and logistics partners to fulfill customer promises. Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile online stock vs warehouse. - Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and reverse logistics - ⁠Handle and process orders and returns on a day to day basis - Maintain inventory health reports - Work with 3PL partners and ensure SLAs are met Requirements: - Experience with e-commerce order/inventory management - Organized and detail-oriented - ⁠Punctual, Responsible and Hardworking - Familiarity with Unicommerce software, Excel, WMS softwares Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
