About the job: As an Operations Executive at Bonphul Air Products Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations department. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word, as well as excellent spoken and written English skills, will be essential in maintaining efficiency and productivity within our organization. Key responsibilities: 1. Compile and analyze data using MS-Excel to create reports and presentations for management. 2. Manage documentation and correspondence with vendors, clients, and internal teams in MS Word. 3. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational processes and ensure timely project completion. 4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement activities to maintain stock levels. 5. Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, both on-site and virtually, to ensure effective communication within the organization. 6. Maintain accurate records of transactions and expenses for financial reporting purposes. 7. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Look after the QC of the company. 9. Handle the social media of the company.
