Student Support & Engagement: 1. Communicate politely and professionally with students, especially when addressing queries or concerns. 2. Handle challenging or confused students with empathy and patience via phone, messages, or email. b CRM Management: 1. Maintain and update student records accurately using CRM tools. 2. Ensure data integrity and timely updates for smooth internal coordination. c. Access & Technical Support: 1. Guide students in accessing their classes and learning materials. 2. Offer technical support and walkthroughs to help them navigate the platform with ease. d. Onboarding Coordination: 1. Take ownership of the post-sales student onboarding process. 2. Ensure all necessary access, information, and orientation is provided on time. e Communication: 1. Act as a bridge between students and various departments (sales, academic, and technical), ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of issues. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Education, Business, or related fields). 2. 0-1 year of experience in operations, customer support, or similar roles (preferably in an EdTech or education-related company). 3. Good command of written and spoken English. 4. Ability to handle calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner. 5.
