We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive with a strong background in logistics, vendor management, and startup operations to join our fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics operations, including vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL), shipping partners, and supply chain providers Serve as an internal firefighter, proactively resolving operational bottlenecks and service failures Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment, returns, and inventory movement Lead headhunting and coordination for ops-related staffing and partner onboarding Use operational data to monitor KPIs and identify cost-saving or process improvement opportunities Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards in logistics Support founders and leadership in scaling systems, especially with past experience in high-growth D2C environments Preferred Background: 13 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field Prior experience with D2C startups, especially those with monthly revenue of 15–16 lakhs Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and partners simultaneously Comfortable with fast-paced environments and taking ownership of critical functions Strong communication skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving Bonus: Background in supporting early-stage founders or teams making a comeback Compensation: 30,000–50,000 per month (based on experience and capabilities) Why Join Us?
