Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales goals, managing staff, coordinating with teams to ensure business growth, maintaining high customer service standards, and analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities. The role also demands hands-on leadership to inspire and develop team members. Qualifications Proven ability in team management, leadership, and people skills. Strong organizational skills with expertise in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks. Knowledge of business operations, sales strategies, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Previous experience in managing multi-location or regional operations is a plus.
