Job Opening: Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Air Export & Import operations
• Manage Sea Export & Import shipments efficiently
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, customs, transporters, and clients
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Ensure timely clearance, delivery, and smooth execution of shipments
• Maintain communication with overseas agents and clients for operational updates

Requirements:

• Minimum [X years] experience in freight forwarding operations
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight processes (import & export)
• Familiarity with customs clearance and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
