Chisquare Lab is Hiring:Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of managing complex systems with precision, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational tasks accurately while adhering to defined processes and quality standards
• Communicate with onsite clients via calls, chats, or emails to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Adapt to changing work requirements, schedules, and client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to learn quickly and follow operational processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex systems
• Flexible with work timings and adaptable to dynamic goals
• A committed team player who aligns with team objectives

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of:

• Virtual Machines (VM)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office)

Any previous experience with providing non-technical support work related to IT/Healthcare.

Working Conditions:

• Must be comfortable working in US shifts|UK Shifts|Night Shift post training
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
