Open Positions LPDC (Waluj)

1. Production (3 Openings)

• 37 years of experience in Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC).
• Responsible for shift supervision, LPDC machine operation, manpower handling, process monitoring, and production planning.

2. Die Maintenance (3 Openings)

• Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of LPDC casting dies.
• Proficient in die polishing, welding, assembly, and preventive maintenance practices.

3. Quality (3 Openings)

• Practical experience in casting inspection, defect analysis, and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS quality systems will be an added advantage.

4. Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) (4 Openings)

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in LPDC equipment.
• Hands-on experience in breakdown analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and control systems.

5. Shift Supervision – Core Shop (2 Openings)

• Responsible for managing shift activities in core making and assembly operations.
• Ensure quality and timely availability of cores for casting.
• Experience in cold box/core shooter machines and core quality inspection is essential.

6. New Product Development (NPD) (2 Openings)

• 3–7 years of experience in NPD, preferably in the casting or automotive industry.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for development and validation of new components.
• Experience in tooling development, sample inspection and PPAP documentation.
• Strong understanding of CAD drawings, GD&T, and customer-specific requirements.
