Operations Engineer, Associate

Role Overview: As an Operations Engineer, Associate at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be responsible for closely collaborating with the Business and Project Manager/Scrum Master to implement and support SirionOne CLM projects. Your role will involve being a hands-on Sirion engineer with multiple implementation experiences and proficiency in workflow configuration. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Quickly learn Sirion Capabilities Technical Configuration in the tool - Understand Business Requirements and the design of Sirion Contract Life-cycle Management for Deutsche Bank - Perform Sirion Configuration/Implementation and manage Configuration Changes and Reporting - Collaborate with Architects & Platform Owner to support Program Deployment - Investigate and resolve issues escalated to development/L3 within defined SLAs - Conduct Sirion Release Testing, report issues, and resolve problems - Implement best practices based on Industry standards - Participate in Reviews, assess solution feasibility, ensure functional fitment as per DB standards, and align customer expectations for timely project delivery and support - Document configuration, enrich Key Operating Principles, prepare Maintenance documentation, and update the configuration workbook periodically - Propose process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices Qualification Required: Skills You'll Need: - 6-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in software configuration/support engineering - Minimum 2 years of experience in workflow configuration in SirionOne CLM or similar products - Technical Knowledge of SFTP, Unix, and Data Exchange mechanism (preferred) - Good understanding of SDLC & Agile processes - Experience in Procurement business process or Contract Life-cycle Management (advantageous) - Strong customer focus and ability to work with cross-functional/cross-department teams - Strong organization skills, resolution management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills That Will Help You Excel: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and virtual teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience) - Sirion certification is a plus Additional Details: Deutsche Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including industry-relevant certifications and education sponsorship, an Employee Assistance Program, Hospitalization Insurance, Accident and Term Life Insurance, and more.
