Must have skills :Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Banking payment Good to have skills :Vmware Virtualization Administration Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :Any degree with full time education Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. Roles & Responsibilities:-Bridge the relationships between offshore and onshore/client/stakeholders/third part vendor support teams -Maintain the confidence level of the client by adhering to the SLA and deliverables -Better understanding of client process, architecture, and necessary execution -Quick response, timely follow-up and ownership till closure Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Monitor system performance and take necessary actions to optimize performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration. Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. Experience in managing and maintaining Windows server environments. Knowledge of virtualization technologies and administration.-Provide L2/L3 support on Windows/VMWare and Storage servers hosted in clients Data Centers -Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows/VMWare and Storage servers -Cluster configuration, management and troubleshooting -Performance tuning and storage optimization -Upgrade and patching of Windows/VMWare and Storage servers -Licensing knowledge and good understanding of patch and package management -Incident and Change management, Health and performance Monitoring Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A degree in any discipline with full-time education is required. Qualifications Any degree with full time education
