Operations Cum Business Development Executive

We are hiring an Operations & Business Development Executive for our new IMT branch. The role includes managing branch operations, maintaining records of vehicles standing at the location, coordinating with drivers and office teams, and ensuring smooth daily functioning. Along with operations, the candidate will actively visit nearby industrial areas for marketing, generate new business leads, meet decision-makers, and promote company services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in field marketing, basic computer knowledge, and a responsible attitude. Candidates with a bike and willingness to travel will be preferred. The role offers a fixed salary, petrol allowance, mobile allowance, performance incentives, and a clear career growth path to Branch Manager based on performance.
