Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee daily logistics, cargo handling, and courier operations. Coordinate the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of shipments. Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound cargo. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal teams. Coordination & Communication Liaise with transport partners, warehouse teams, and delivery agents. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipment timelines, delays, or issues. Resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain service continuity. Process & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain quality checks for cargo handling and packaging. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational reports. Performance & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Track KPIs such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
