Job Overview

Operations & Content Manager

You’ll work closely with the founders and the creative team to bring campaigns to life from idea to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, tasks, and team coordination
• Plan shoots and coordinate with editors/designers/clients
• Track creative execution and ensure timely delivery
• Research trends and help draft basic scripts/captions
• Organize internal communication and task follow-ups

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in media, content, or operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, reels, and content trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Based in Belgaum or open to relocation (this is an in-office role)
