Operations Associate (Suppply Chain)

Responsibilites:

• Track stock levels and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Assist with order processing and delivery tracking.
  
• Forecast inventory needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  
• Support smooth batch production and quality control.
  
• Contribute to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  
• Excellent communication & people management skills you'll be coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel because data and reporting matter.
  
• A keen interest in supply chain, procurement, and operations experience in the consumer products industry is a bonus.
