Role Overview – Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be supporting the day-to-day functioning of our operations and service delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring that customers receive a seamless and delightful experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting order management, tracking, and fulfillment activities
• Coordinating with internal teams including logistics, photo processing, and the photography team
• Monitoring service timelines and helping ensure on-time delivery
• Maintaining reports, data entries, and documentation
• Helping identify process improvements and streamlining workflows

Who Can Apply

• A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field).
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
