Coordinate with clients, speakers, sponsors, and delegates to ensure seamless communication and operations. 3. Support the project team with the development of conference programs, agendas, logistics plans, and execution timelines. 4. Coordinate with the Project Manager to track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. 5. Support sponsor and exhibitor servicing, including fulfilment of entitlements and on-ground management. 6. Support to prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and feedback summaries. 7. Travel on-site as required to support event execution.
