Operations and Accounts Executive

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Zoho accounting system, preparing and organizing invoices and Excel data sheets, coordinating with logistics partners to generate E-way bills, and ensuring effective company communication via emails and calls. Your role will also involve handling various administrative tasks such as managing salary data, tracking attendance, and coordinating human resource activities. Additionally, you will be assisting with bank-related work including performance guarantees and document submission. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in Zoho accounting software, possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, demonstrate experience in banking and handling financial documents, showcase excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and exhibit effective team management and coordination skills.
