Job Description

Job Title: Operations Analyst

About the Company:

YK2 Partners is a boutique investment partnership focused on the Indian public markets.

Job Overview:

Commerce graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

Assist in daily transaction processing and fund accounting coordination
Support the preparation of investor statements and reports
Help maintain accurate records of fund activities and NAV updates
Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and RTA as needed

Compliance Assistance:

Assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance registers and documentation
Support regulatory filings with SEBI and other relevant authorities
Help monitor adherence to AIF guidelines and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams during audit and review processes
Support preparation of data for tax filings including TDS returns and Income Tax compliance

General Support:

Prepare MIS reports and assist in data management.
Support internal processes
Updating financial data for companies

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:
B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce
Experience:
Fresher
Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
