Operations Analyst III

The role at SwiftRe involves managing a client portfolio with a focus on post-bind experience, process, and system development. As a part of this role, you will be expected to be a role model in your area of expertise, handle Single Fac risks via the SwiftRe Platform, and drive business growth through optimal automation and client experience enhancement. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end process of the portfolio, ensuring timely and quality data submission by clients, and coordinating with various internal and external teams. Your key competencies should include operational and strategic acumen, a focus on automation and process improvement, decision-making skills, and a commercial mindset with big-picture thinking. You should possess excellent communication skills, a Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance or related fields, and at least 7-8 years of work experience. Proficiency in German or Spanish, insurance/finance certifications, strong analytical skills, and awareness of market trends are also desirable for this role. The team you will be a part of consists of niche Operations Experts responsible for back-office and front-end processes of the SwiftRe suite. The team is expanding its efforts towards newer solutions, and you will be expected to contribute to this growth.
