Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage patient care in Operation Theater (OT) setting, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to hospital protocols. Oversee nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Coordinate pre-operative preparation, intra-operative management, and post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Collaborate with medical teams to develop individualized plans of care for complex cases requiring multi-disciplinary involvement. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to patient safety, quality improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience as an OT Manager or similar role in a reputed hospital setting. B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution; M.Sc Nursing preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of excellent patient care outcomes; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
