Operation specialist

Basic Job Description:

1. Designation of the position – Operations Specialist

Location: Palam Vihar, Gurugram.

Salary: 30 K in hand & 15% of the salary (over and above) as performance bonus subject to performance of self and the company .

Working Day: Monday to Friday in Office (Hybrid is an option), Saturday is work from home.

Qualification: MBA(Must to have)

2. Deliverables:

a. Handle day to day supply chain and logistics

b. Coordination with sales and Importer for handling day to day supply issues

c. Prepare purchase orders

d. Coordinate with Head oAice to supplies against Pos

e. Track imports and domestic sales shipments

f. Prepare stocks statements

g. Responsible for Cycle counts and inventory at importer’s place.

3. Expected basic qualification – Science Graduate. MBA Preferred

4. Experience – 1-3 Years in handling

a. Supply Chain Coordination

b. Procurement, Import Export

c. Basic accounting

5. Computer Knowledge a. Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office Especially Excel .

6. Other traits :

a. Young energetic

b. Open to Challenges, ready to dirty their hands on the job

c. May not always be a behind the desk job. May need to work closely with warehousing and logistics team members.

7. Working days

a. Monday to Friday in Office (Hybrid is an option)

b. Saturday from Home

c. Working hours are flexible – depends on case to case and as per work

8. Expected remuneration

a. Expected to pay around 30K per month in hand

Pay: ₹333,317.20 - ₹467,458.58 per year
