Operation & Sales Manager - Security Manpower Industry

Position: Operations & Sales Manager (Security & Facility Management Services)
Location: Delhi-NCR
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within a private security company (preference for ex-servicemen from Army/Navy/Air Force/BSF).

CTC Annually: Rs. 8.40 Lac to 12.00 Lac /Negotiable

Operational Leadership & Security Protocols

· Manpower management: Recruiting, training, and supervising security personnel to meet operational requirements.

· Site inspections: Conducting regular inspections of client sites to assess security measures and identify areas for improvement.

· Incident response: Managing security incidents, such as thefts, break-ins, or disturbances.

Client Relations Management

· Client communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with clients to understand their specific security needs. With includes Clients Satisfaction and Quality Assurance of Security Service

Mange the Shortage of Manpower

· You will be responsible for ensuring that there is no shortage of Security personnel at client sites, maintain Manpower at Site and not more than 5% shortage allowed at Total Sites

Revenue Generation – New Business

· You will be responsible for generating revenue through new sales and business. To accomplish this, you would develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
