Key Responsibility
Operation Management:- Overseeing daily functions, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and managing systems like POS terminal and automation workflows.
Customer Experience :- Ensuring High Standard of service quality, handling customer complaints, monitoring feedback and maintain brand presentation & Kiosk asthetics.
Staff Leadership :- Recruiting, Training, Supervising and mentoring staff, setting standard operating procedure (SOPs) and duty rosters and fostering a culture of high hospitality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,881.12 - ₹53,152.88 per month
