Job Position : Operation Manager - Study Abroad (Kerala) Job Location : Calicut Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operational aspects of Yeloria across Kerala. Develop and execute strategies to expand Yeloria's footprint, including setting up new offices and establishing strong partnerships. Identify, appoint, and manage franchisees and agents throughout the state. Organize and coordinate impactful seminars and events to attract prospective students. Liaise and build strong relationships with government departments, universities, and other relevant stakeholders. Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Drive profitability by optimizing processes, identifying new opportunities, and managing budgets effectively. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Yeloria maintains acompetitive edge. About You: You are between 35 and 45 years old. You possess significant experience in managing operations for a similar organization within the study abroad or education consulting sector. You have a strong understanding of the Kerala market and are comfortable with frequent travel within the state. You are a natural leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You are results-driven, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets. You are adept at strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
