About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on operations executive to manage on-ground activities, handle vendor coordination, and ensure smooth execution of events and activations. This is a field-heavy, action-oriented role—perfect for someone who loves being on the move, solving problems on the go, and ensuring things run like clockwork. Responsibilities: Manage and deploy manpower at events and activations Supervise field operations and on-site teams Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery Handle last-minute requirements and run errands as needed Ensure timely and quality execution as per plan Share daily updates and reports with the internal team Who Should Apply? 1–2 years of experience in event operations, activations, or field supervision Strong problem-solving skills with a go-getter attitude Comfortable with travel, outdoor work, and physical supervision Organized, punctual, and ready to handle real-time challenges Basic understanding of vendor management & logistics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
