Operation Executive – SEZ

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• SEZ Documentation & Compliance
• Handle all SEZ-related import/export documentation as per Customs & SEZ Act.
• Ensure timely filing of Bill of Entry (BOE), Shipping Bills, Softex, DTA Sales, and SEZ returns.
• Maintain proper records of inward & outward movement of goods within SEZ.
• Coordinate with SEZ Development Commissioner’s office and Customs officials.
• Freight & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate import & export shipments (sea, air, and land freight).
• Monitor cargo movement from origin to SEZ unit, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and CHA (Customs House Agents).
• Optimize freight cost and ensure smooth movement of cargo.
• Customs & Regulatory Compliance
• Handle Bonded warehouse operations inside SEZ.
• Ensure compliance with SEZ, Customs, GST, and DGFT regulations.
• Verify HS codes, duty benefits, exemptions, and Free Trade Agreements (if applicable).
• Coordination & Communication
• Act as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, CHA, and SEZ authorities.
• Support internal departments (finance, sales, and operations) with SEZ-related queries.
• Provide status updates on shipments and customs clearance to management.
• Reporting & MIS
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on shipments, clearance, and pending documentation.
• Track invoices, duty drawback, and GST input credits.
• Maintain all SEZ records for audits and statutory inspections.
• Operational Support
• Monitor cargo stuffing/de-stuffing at container freight stations (CFS) or SEZ premises.
• Supervise handling, labeling, packaging, and ensuring compliance with SEZ rules.
• Support in vendor bill checking (CHA, transporter, freight forwarders).

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of SEZ regulations, Customs Act, and DGFT policies.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience in ICEGATE, SEZ Online portal, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy in documentation.

Exp-5yrs to 7yrs

Qualification-BA,BCOM,MBA

Preferable from the same industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,508.06 - ₹35,000.00 per month
