Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Goregoan East

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure adherence to company processes, and contribute to improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor and manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to operational performance, productivity, and costs.
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, customer service) to ensure alignment.
• Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in operational planning and forecasting.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, and follow-ups as necessary.
• Support in training and onboarding of new operational staff.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations role (or fresher with strong internship experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of loan (if applicable).
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
