Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team at Mira Road, Mumbai. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and supporting both internal teams and clients. The right candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyze financial data to drive profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting.
• Perform quality control checks and monitor KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Enhance the quality of customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in operations/project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales support and achieving business targets.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
