A fast-paced marketing & advertising services environment full-service digital marketing and creative campaign delivery for B2B and B2C clients. We operate cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns, analytics-driven optimisation, and client-facing program management.

Location & Workplace:

On-site India (office-based role supporting agency operations and client delivery).Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign operations: manage timelines, asset handoffs, creative briefs, QA, and launch checklists to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the operational point-of-contact for client onboarding, briefing, status updates and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Maintain CRM records and project boards; track leads, campaign status, SLAs and handoffs between sales, creative, media and analytics teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and internal dashboards; prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports for account teams and clients.
  • Own billing and invoicing coordination with finance: prepare billing packs, follow up on approvals, and track payments and budget reconciliations.
  • Drive process improvements and standard operating proceduresoptimise workflows, update Asana boards, and coordinate with vendors and external partners.
