The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely recruitment and smooth deployment of workforce as per client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit manpower for various operational roles Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements Schedule and conduct interviews Handle onboarding and deployment of selected candidates Maintain candidate and deployment records Support field operations and resolve day-to-day workforce issues Benefits: Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) ESIC coverage Growth opportunities within the organization
